UC-MSC viable cell recovery after cells were held in medium for 6 h at room temperature before freezing (2 × 10⁶ cells/mL). Recovery with Stem D10 was 86.3% at 4 h. Post-thaw cells kept normal spindle morphology and stable CD73/CD90/CD105 expression.
