Returns and Refunds

At Aicon Biotech Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund subject to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products that:

• Arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect;
• Have visible damage to the packaging or product upon delivery; and
• Are reported to us within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.

After seven (7) days from delivery, all sales shall be considered final and no return, refund, or exchange request will be accepted.

Conditions of Return

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition;
• Be returned in the original packaging, including all labels, inserts, and accessories;
• Not be contaminated, opened, altered, or improperly stored after delivery.

Aicon Biotech Inc. reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Aicon Biotech Inc.:

• Customized or made-to-order products;
• OEM or private-label products;
• Personalized products;
• Opened biological reagents or consumables;
• Products marked as “Final Sale”;
• Expired products;
• Products improperly handled or stored by the customer.

All sales of custom, OEM, and made-to-order products are final.

Dry Ice and Temperature-Controlled Shipments

Products shipped on dry ice, frozen, refrigerated, or otherwise temperature-controlled conditions are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Biological materials;
• Cell culture reagents;
• Human-derived materials;
• Proteins, antibodies, enzymes, and diagnostic reagents.

Due to the sensitive nature of these products and the inability to verify post-delivery storage conditions, Aicon Biotech Inc. cannot guarantee product integrity after delivery has been completed.

Customers are responsible for immediately inspecting and properly storing temperature-sensitive products upon receipt.

International Orders and Customs

Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, and local regulatory requirements associated with international shipments.

Aicon Biotech Inc. is not responsible for delays, confiscations, import refusals, or shipment destruction caused by customs authorities or local regulations.

International shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise approved by Aicon Biotech Inc., customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any import/export duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and related transportation charges.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Request Procedure

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within the eligible return period at:

Please include:

• Order number;
• Product name and catalog number;
• Lot number (if applicable);
• Description of the issue;
• Supporting photographs or documentation.

Aicon Biotech Inc. may request additional information before approving a return.

Inspection and Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds will only cover the original purchase price of the product. Shipping charges, customs fees, handling charges, and other related costs are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Aicon Biotech Inc.

If a replacement product is approved, shipping timelines may vary depending on inventory availability.

Limitation of Liability

Aicon Biotech Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, handling, storage, or inability to use any product.

All products are supplied for Research Use Only (RUO) unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Customers are responsible for determining the suitability of products for their intended applications.
