The AICON-BIO® Echinococcus canadensis PCR Kit is a Real-time PCR assay for accurate Echinococcus detection in dogs and other mammals.

AICON-BIO® Echinococcus canadensis Real-time PCR Kit utilizes real-time PCR technology and premixed freeze drying method to accurately and specifically detect Echinococcus canadensis nucleic acid in dogs. Echinococcus canadensis is a tapeworm species known to cause echinococcosis, a zoonotic disease that can affect both animals and humans. The Kit qPCR mix (lyophilized) contains primers, probes, enzyme and dNTPs in one tube.
