Product Overview
AICON-BIO®AI-190 (CRM197 Recombinant Protein) is a genetically detoxified mutant of Corynebacterium diphtheriae toxin (DT).
A single amino acid substitution (G52E) eliminates its enzymatic activity and toxicity while retaining full immunogenicity.
This carrier protein is widely used in glycoconjugate vaccine development, recombinant diphtheria vaccine formulation, and tumor-targeted drug design.
The AI-190 protein is produced in a recombinant E. coli expression system under optimized conditions to ensure high purity, batch consistency, and low endotoxin content. Both research grade and cGMP-grade materials are available for seamless transition from early R&D to clinical manufacturing.
