AICON-BIO® Infectious Laryngotracheitis Virus (ILTV) Real-time PCR Kit utilizes real-time PCR technology and premixed freeze drying method to accurately and specifically detect Avian Infectious Laryngotracheitis Virus (ILTV) nucleic acid in avian species. ILTV is a highly contagious viral pathogen that affects poultry, causing respiratory disease characterized by inflammation of the trachea and upper respiratory tract.The Kit qPCR mix (lyophilized) contains primers, probes, enzyme and dNTPs in one tube.
