The AICON-BIO® Feline Coronavirus (FCoV) PCR Kit is a Real-time PCR-based assay designed for accurate FIP detection in cats.FCoV is a viral pathogen that affects cats, causing a range of clinical manifestations from mild gastrointestinal symptoms to more severe diseases such as feline infectious peritonitis (FIP). The Kit qPCR mix (lyophilized) contains primers, probes, enzyme and dNTPs in one tube.
