The AICOH-BIO® African Swine Fever ASFV Real-time PCR Kit utilizes highly reliable real-time PCR technology and a proprietary freeze-drying method (lyophilization) to accurately and specifically detect African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV) nucleic acid. ASFV is a devastating, highly contagious, and often fatal viral disease of domestic and wild pigs, requiring rapid molecular identification for effective control.

This kit provides an essential diagnostic tool for ASFV surveillance, early detection, and emergency containment protocols globally. The lyophilized qPCR mix contains all necessary primers, probes (using the TaqMan system), enzyme, and dNTPs in one tube.
