NeoPL^®-Apex is an animal serum-free, xenogeneic-free, and growth factor-rich cell culture supplement, providing a superior alternative to FBS. It is fibrinogen-depleted and contains anticoagulants, such as heparin, eliminating the need for additional heparin in the cell
culture media.

Key Features

•  NeoPL^®-Apex contains high concentrations of growth factors and cytokines that can support the growth and maintenance of a variety of cell types, effective to MSCs and other primary cells.
• Enhances cell expansion compared to FBS or chemically defined media.
• The product is manufactured from platelets obtained from healthy blood donors at FDA-licensed blood centres.
•  Each platelet unit was approved for human use and is fully tested for various viral and bacterial contaminants including HIV-1, HIV-2, Hepatitis C, Hepatitis B, West Nile virus, and Syphilis pathogens.
• The product is a fibrinogen-depleted with anticoagulant human platelet lysate from USA origin. Additional heparin is not required in the cell culture media.
•  Multiple donor units are combined during manufacturing to reduce lot-to-lot variability.

Storage & Handling

•  NeoPL^®-Apex thaw at 37 ℃ water bath.
• Thawing the product and preparing aliquots as soon as it is received and store unused aliquots at -20℃.
•  Storage at 4℃ is recommended for periods no longer than 1 week.
• Do not store complete media at 4℃ for longer than 1 week.
