The AICOH-BIO® TGEV Real-time PCR Kit utilizes highly reliable real-time PCR technology and a proprietary freeze-drying method (lyophilization) to accurately and specifically detect Transmissible Gastroenteritis Virus (TGEV) nucleic acid. TGEV is a highly contagious viral disease affecting pigs, characterized by severe diarrhea, vomiting, and dehydration, particularly devastating to young piglets.

This kit is designed to provide rapid and sensitive results, offering a critical diagnostic tool for TGE surveillance and control in swine operations. The TGEV Real-time PCR Kit is highly convenient. The lyophilized qPCR mix contains all necessary primers, probes (using the TaqMan system), enzyme, and dNTPs in one tube.
