The AICOH-BIO® Classical Swine Fever CSFV Real-time PCR Kit utilizes highly reliable real-time PCR technology and a proprietary freeze-drying method (lyophilization) to accurately and specifically detect Classical Swine Fever Virus (CSFV) nucleic acid. CSFV, historically known as Hog Cholera, is a highly contagious viral disease of swine, causing high morbidity and mortality, making rapid diagnosis essential for control efforts.

This kit provides an essential diagnostic tool for CSFV surveillance, early detection, and emergency containment protocols globally. The lyophilized qPCR mix contains all necessary primers, probes (using the TaqMan system), enzyme, and dNTPs in one tube.
