AICON-BIO® Borrelia burgdorferi Real-time PCR Kit utilizes real-time PCR technology and premixed freeze drying method to accurately and specifically detect Borrelia burgdorferi nucleic acid in dogs. Borrelia burgdorferi is the causative agent of Lyme disease, a tick-borne illness that affects both humans and canines. The Kit qPCR mix (lyophilized) contains primers, probes, enzyme and dNTPs in one tube.
