    Test principle

    Bacterial flagella is a moving organ of bacteria. It must be observed by electron microscopy or by special staining to make the flagella thicken and stained. It can be seen under ordinary microscope. The principle of this dyeing is the latter. Through flagellar staining, the morphology, quantity and flagellar distribution of flagella in the cell body can be observed.     Preparation of smear: Method 1.     Testing method
